Fitness Meaning

fitness means different to different people, being healthy is a different thing, some people consider fitness just to be disease free, some people like me take fitness as having muscular body, everyone has thier own perspecive regarding fitness


i think "FITNESS OR BEING HEALTHY MEANS BEING FIT MENTALLY, PHYSICALLY, BEHAVIOURALLY, EMOTIONALLY etc."

Physical fitness

if u wanna say your self physically fit then you should be having less body fat and your body should be able to resist some injuries as well.

Benifits 

1.  First of all it creates a difference,

2.  it makes your identity as the punctual one,

3.  it builds your confidence, make your immunity much more stronger than the normal one.

4.  you start getting attention.

5.  now a days even in interview ur fitness                   decides very much that u will be selected or           not.

Fitness tips

Its not written anywhere that if you wanna be fit, you have to go to gym, no nothing like this, 

1.  the first step toward fitness and health starts with your kitchen


2.  you should educate yourself for what is good for your health and what's not.

3.  start waking up early morning. (wait i know its not easy for begginers, take your time man).



4.  start doing some physical training (I have told you guys in one of my blog.)


5.  now go to the gym when you start feeling that you should go.


  because going to gym should be your passion not forcefully.

Fitness gym

there are a lot of gym ,some are brands and some are just normal remember a few thing before joining the gym.

always check the ventillation of gym.

look for the good trainer.


MOTIVATION OF THE DAY:-


"Always remember champion was also a beginner someday" it was her/his hard work that created the difference.
